1️⃣ Start the day with a large glass of water (12-16oz) and lemon to stimulate digestion
2️⃣ Get yourself a fancy reusable cup to carry with you.
3️⃣ Set an alarm every hour to remind you until this becomes a habit (or get a water drinking reminder APP, there’s a bunch, pick the one that looks cool)
4️⃣ Add electrolytes to make it enjoyable and help you stay cellularly hydrated - being cellularly hydrated also reduces the amount you pee out.

5️⃣ Add fruits, herbs or veggies like cucumber, mint, lime, etc.
6️⃣ Gulp it, don't sip it - instead of sipping it, take five to 10 gulps every time you reach for water. You'll consume more water this way throughout the day than if you only drink small amounts at a time.
7️⃣ Eat water rich foods like watermelon, celery, zucchini, cabbage, cantaloupe, and melon
8️⃣ Drink from a straw - I find this very helpful to drink more water during the day since it is more accessible and convenient than having to reopen a water bottle every time.
9️⃣ Drink a full glass of water with every medicine or supplement you take.
🔟 Set goals, and track your consistency! Gamify it - put $1 into a jar every day you hit your goal and use that at the end of the month for something special… every day you don’t hit your goal :)
