ACV options for those that don't tolerate straight ACV (or just think it is repulsive like I do :))

I recommend taking ~1 TBSP/.5 ounce before meals.

Start slow though and work your way up, drink a bit more water after if you feel any uncomfortable feeling.

You may start with .25 tbsp and work up to 1 tbsp before meals, or morning and evening.

The purpose of ACV is to support stomach acid and it can relieve heartburn for some as it helps balance your stomach pH by balancing stomach acid.

It is also great to help stabilize blood sugar levels, it can kill bacteria, reduces cholesterol, high BP, and some small studies has found it supports weight loss as it helps with feeling of fullness.
