Enjoy a few drinks without ruining your sleep and health!


Let me preface this with a few things:

With that being said, I am human, I enjoy a glass of wine (or two), or an espresso martini (my FAVE!) from time to time, and I have a longggg history of horrible hangovers, even from a couple of drinks.

I will go months without drinking, but on a vacation, or a girls night, I like to enjoy a couple and not feel debilitated the next day.

It took me years, but I’ve finally found a ‘hack’ to help my body process things and be able to enjoy a couple of drinks, still sleep fairly well, and be able to function the next day!

DISCLAIMER: This is not going to help if you are excessively drinking, this is simply to help your body process things if you have a couple here or there. I do not ever recommend excessively drinking.


So here’s the low-down on how to approach enjoying a drink and being hang-over free the next day!

One of the main things I mention is that if you have pre-existing high levels of inflammation, I HIGHLY advise taking some time away from alcohol to manage them, and get them to a healthy level before engaging regularly with alcohol.
