Lipedema = Inflammatory Condition

This is Robin - one of my FITMOM Clients, and she was dealing with lipedema when she came to us. Through a year+ of work calming down GI issues, immune issues, lymphatic work daily, and optimizing her hormones - we were able to drastically reduce the appearance of her lipedema.

Lipedema is a chronic inflammatory condition involving the fat tissue, lymphatic system, and immune system—and if you're only focusing on calories and exercise, you're likely missing the bigger picture. We also worry about lipedema because it likely indicates something else is brewing.
