Start Uncovering the Root Issue Behind Your Weight Gain


We have women in droves that are exercising, that are ‘eating right’, and that are actually gaining weight while doing it.  So what gives?  What is actually going on with the high rate of weight loss struggles we’re seeing?

Is it stress?

Is it genetics?

Is it inflammation?

Is it a hidden infection?

Is it a ‘broken’ metabolism?

(Hint - it’s definitely not a broken metabolism).

It is usually more than one thing at play, weight loss resistance often has layers to it.  That is why, when we address it, we always have to cover the foundational bases first before we get into the nitty gritty sexy stuff like advanced testing, extreme protocols, and more.
